This Charter sets forth the terms and conditions governing enrollment, ensuring clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding.

1. Nature of the Program
The student acknowledges and accepts that the selected educational program is classified as an Independent Professional Program issued by a British entity. These programs are designed in accordance with private vocational training standards and do not fall under the framework of UK Higher Education.

2. Legal Titles
The titles granted (including but not limited to Professional Master, Professional Doctorate, etc.) are professional training designations describing acquired skills. They do not constitute academic degrees recognized by governmental authorities or subject to local university regulation laws.

3. Documentation
The Academy guarantees the authenticity and validity of the certificate issued by the British source. Notarization serves as proof of document legality but does not convert the program into an academic track.

4. Student Declaration
The student hereby declares:
"I have read and understood the nature of the Independent Professional Program. I agree to enroll with full knowledge that it does not grant a degree affiliated with British Higher Education, nor confer rights to claim academic equivalence or professional syndicate enrollment."

5. Honorary & Honorific Certificates
Honorary and honorific certificates (such as Honorary Doctorate, Ambassador of Humanity and Peace, and similar titles) are non‑academic and non‑scientific recognitions. They do not confer employment, academic rights, or professional status. Such certificates are issued solely as formal acknowledgments of appreciation, granted in recognition of the recipient’s achievements, contributions, and distinguished efforts in their professional and humanitarian life.
